Alex Pearlman is a San Diego native who has been building and creating with his hands his entire life. An artist at heart, he paints and sculpts in his free time, a creative outlet that shapes the way he approaches development and allows him to see projects through a thoughtful, design-driven lens.

His curiosity about construction started early, and his strengths lie in project management and execution. Alex is tenacious about accountability, making sure subcontractors show up, stay on schedule, and perform at a high level. His relationships run deep and are built on trust and consistency, which helps eliminate surprises throughout the development process.

Having witnessed development projects throughout his life, including watching his grandfather build numerous condominium complexes across the city, building has always felt natural. It is both his craft and his passion, and he takes pride in delivering quality projects time and again.

Gary Recht has been a General Contractor in San Diego for over 48 years. His experience is extensive, and he has consistently delivered outstanding results for a long list of loyal, repeat clients.

Since Alex was in high school, Gary has served as a mentor, teaching him the craft, the discipline, and the standards required to build solid, lasting construction. His guidance has helped shape Alex’s foundation in the field.

Throughout his career, Gary has maintained an exceptional reputation, built on integrity, accountability, and quality workmanship. His projects reflect decades of experience and a commitment to doing things the right way.
